Process - Distribution

The postal map of Scotland effectively means that any mail going to an address in Scotland goes via one of four Royal Mail Inbound Processing Centres (IMC).
Royal Mail have strategically based sites in Aberdeen, Carlisle, Glasgow and Edinburgh serving Scotland. Once the mail is received by Royal Mail they will deliver to the final address 95% next day.

Our in-house drivers and low -carbon vans inject mail into these four IMC’s daily from our strategically placed Scotland facility in Bellshill.

Any mail destined for the rest of the UK is transmitted to Warrington, printed and enveloped in our Warrington Office. We call this our distribute and print model. Reducing carbon, logistics risks and providing delivery assurance.

Our Primepost Secured partner Secured Mail is located adjacent to our Warrington facility once again reducing distance travel and improving assurance.
